Important information about your stay
Arrival and departure
On your arrival day, your room will be ready from 2 p.m. On your departure day, you can stay in your room until 11 a.m. You are free to use our wellness area even after check-out.
Allergies
We have a limited amount of allergy-friendly rooms and allergy-friendly bed linen. Please specify the request for such rooms directly when booking.
Bathrobe & slippers
If you book with our ¾ pampering board, you will get a free bathrobe at reception for the duration of your stay. We charge €2.50 for slippers.
Flowers
Do you want to surprise your sweetheart? We can get you flowers. Please let us know in advance and we will prepare everything according to your wishes. The cost will be added to your bill.
Charging station
You can recharge your electric car here for a rate of €20.00 per charge.
Fitness
Our hotel gym is open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Pets
Your dog is welcome here. We will charge €8.00 per day towards the expenses of an additional cleaning.
Children’s rates
Children aged between 0 and 6 can stay free of charge. Children aged between 6 and 12 pay 50% of the total amount, while older children pay the full rate.

Offers
Offers cannot be changed. Treatments that were not used cannot be refunded.

We offer free parking right in front of our hotel. Our garage can also be used free of charge.

Transfer service
If you travel by train, we will be happy to pick you up at Cham train station. Please communicate the time of arrival two days before your arrival day, so that we can organise your transfer.
